Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Schema Therapy
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Supervision
Rebecca is a Board Approved Supervisor and is able to supervise individuals undertaking their internship, clinical endorsement, or those seeking additional support in their daily practice.
She strives to create a safe supervision environment, balancing the values of growth and self-compassion. Her supervision style is reflexive in nature, with elements of both indirect and direct supervision.
Supervision is tailored to your individual needs and professional goals.
The supervision process starts with a free Working Alliance phone call (~20 minutes) to ensure you and Rebecca are a suitable fit. From there supervision is scheduled at $225 per session.
